10 large frankfurters
1 tbsp butter
1-1/4 onion, sliced thin
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add onions. Cook onions until clear. Add dry ingredients, then vinegar, ketchup and water. Bring to a boil. Cut a slit in frankfurters. Place in flat pan and pour sauce over franks. Bake at 375 F for 20-25 minutes.
