1 med cabbage, thinly shredded
3 carrots - shredded
1 lg red onion - chopped
1 green pepper - chopped
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown vinegar
2/3 c. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well the vinegar, oil, dry mustard celery seed, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil and pour hot dressing over veggies. Let stand overnight.
