1 bag of baby new red potatoes
1/4 c.bread crumbs
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into 8's. Mix in all ingredients and place on a cookie sheet in pre-heated 350 oven for 3/4 hour..
