1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
3 pounds chicken
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup coconut

Make sauce from first 7 ingredients and stir well. Dip chicken in sauce (set sauce aside); place in a greased 13x9 pan. Bake 1 hour at 350. Baste with remaining sauce. Sprinkle last 3 ingredients over chicken; return to oven and bake 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
