3 ˝ c Flour, sifted
1 c Sugar
˝ tsp Salt
˝ tsp Baking Soda
˝ tsp Baking Powder
2 lg Eggs
1 c Shortening
2 T Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together.
In second bowl, cream shortening, eggs, and
sugar.
Stir in other ingredients, mixing well.
Let stand 15 minutes before rolling out on
floured board.
Cut into round or other shape cookies.
Bake not more than 10 min., at 375° until just
“solid” but not brown at all.
