2 gal. Green Tomatoes
6 med/lg Onions
1 med Head Cabbage
1 stalk Celery (or celery seed)
6-8 Carrots
1 doz. Red or Green Bell Peppers
4 Apples, unpeeled
Seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
Chop or grind all vegetables. For 10 cups mixed vegetables, use about 2 Tbsp. salt, 1 cups sugar,
2 cups vinegar, and small amount black pepper.
Mix well. Boil 10 minutes.
Seal in hot sterilized jars.
Great with soup beans, or along with a beef roast.
