1/4 cup sugar
1 tspn baking powder, heaping
1 tspn baking soda
1/4 oil
pinch of salt

Mix all in blender or with mixer

5" circles in med heat non-stick pan or just a touch of oil or spray

Cook until its bubbly and somewhat dry, flip
Cook just less the same time
