11/2c. bread crumbs 2 lbs. ground beef 1/4 tsp pepper 1c. minced garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 large onion chopped 2 eggs beaten 1tsp.salt 1 T.parsley 3T. ketchup 4T grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, Roll into meatballs using 1 or 11/2 rounded teaspoons of meat for each meatball. Saute in a large frying pan turning frequently to brown on all sides. Add a little red wine for flavor
