5 eggs
3c (12oz) shredded Montery Jack cheese
3c (12oz) shredded cheddar cheese
3/4c picante sauce
Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, beat eggs;add cheese. Pour half into a greased 13inx9in baking dish. Spoon the picante sauce over top. Top with remaining egg mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 15 min. Cut into 1in squares. Serve warm on crackers
