3 cans (4oz) chopped green chiles, drained
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2c (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Spread chilies onto the bottom of a greased 8in square pan. Pour eggs over chilies, sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 min or until cheese is melted. Cool slightly; cut into squares and serve on crackers.
