2 c. cooked rice or egg noodles
2 c. cooked ham, diced
2 T. flour
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ham in butter till warmed through. Stir in sour cream and sprinkle with flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
