4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans tomatoes with jalapenos or green chiles
1 tsp Chile powder
1/4 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish. Lightly blend the tomatoes, chile powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Pour tomatoes over chicken breasts. Cover and bake 30-45 minutes, until done.
