3 boneless chicken breasts
1 head of broccoli
2 c. rice
1 ( 26 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 c. shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook chicken; dice or shred. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and cook. Cook rice. Add the remaining ingredients (except one cup of the cheese) in a large bowl and stir. Mix well. Spoon mixture into a glass 9" x 13" dish. Add the rest of the shredded cheese on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
