1 lb.beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
1 pkg. frozen stir-fry vegetables
2 T. cornstarch
2 cups cold water
4 T. soy sauce
2 T. oil
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw vegetable. Mix water, cornstarch, and half soysauce in bowl, set aside. Mix beef with remaining soysauce. Stir-fry beef in one tablespoon of oil, remove from heat. In same pan stir-fry vegetables in remaining oil.Add meat back to pan. Stir in cornstarch mixture, boil. Cook for about two minutes, until thickened. Serve over rice.

Tenderized steaks work well in this. Cashews can also be added right before serving.
