3/4 C margarine
3 T sugar
1 1/2 C flour
pinch of salt
Filling:
6 eggs
2 C sugar
2 C flake coconut
4 tsp almond extract
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients until crumbly, put into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. (or until nicely browned) Beat eggs until frothy, gradually add 2 C sugar. Fold in flake coconut, extract, and salt. Pour filling over baked crust and return to oven. Bake an additional 25-30 minutes.
