1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 cup uncooked rice
6 pieces of skinless chicken, thigh or breast
1 pkg onion soup mix
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350
Grease or spray 9"x13" baking dish.
Combine soups, milk, rice and 1/2 pkg of onion soup mix. Pour rice mixture into baking dish. Lay chicken on top. Season chicken with pepper and remaining onion soup. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
