1 lb hamburg
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
4-6 small potatoes, cut in cubes
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 C water or tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Break up uncooked hamburg in a skillet (or baking dish if you want to put it in the oven). Add chopped onion, seasoning, cubed raw potatoes, soup ,and water. Combine all ingredients (do not brown the meat). Cook in covered skillet or electric fry pan over medium heat 35-40 minutes until potatoes are tender; add water if necessary. Or bake at 350 for 45 minutes in a covered dish until potatoes are done.
