2 eggs
3/4 C sugar
1/3 C flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 T melted butter- cooled
1 tsp vanilla
2 2/3 C flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until foamy. Slowly add sugar and beat until thickened about 5 minutes. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in butter, vanilla, and coconut. Bake at 325 for about 15 minutes.
