No. 2 can crushed pineapple 2 C Bisquick 1/4 C sugar 1 egg 1/4 C brown sugar
Drain pineapple, saving syrup. Mix 2/3 C pineapple syrup with Bisquick, sugar, and egg. Pour into greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Top with crushed pineapple and sprinkle with brown sugar and some cinnamon. Bake at 400º 25-30 minutes.
