2 tsp cocoa 3/4 c sugar 1 cup boiling water 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp butter 2 tsp cornstarch
Bring the water to a boil in small saucepan and stir in sugar. Continue stirring until sugar dissolves. Add cocoa powder and butter. Bring to boil again. Add cornstarch mixed with 1 cup cold water. Stir in vanilla.
This frosting, simple as it looks, was always delicious poured over a simple white or chocolate bundt cake.
