Ingredients:  
3 pounds red potatoes
6 slices bacon, diced
1 T flour
1 c water
1/2 c vinegar
2 T sugar
1 small onion

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes with the skin on until tender.
Peel and slice potatoes into large bowl.
Salt and pepper as slicing.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Remove from pan and add flour, vinegar, sugar and heat until thickens.
Add bacon to potatoes.
Pour sauce over potatoes and bacon. Serve warm
