Crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup soft butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Filling:
4 eggs
Juice and rind from one lemon (about 6 T.)
2 cups white sugar
1 Tblsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar together for crust. Pat in greased or sprayed pan 9x13". Bake 15 min. in 350 oven.

Grate lemon and squeeze out juice.
Beat eggs, add sugar, flour, baking powder, cornstarch, lemon juice and rind. Mix together and pour over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes in 325 oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when done.
