4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cheddar cheese soup
diluted with 1/2 can milk
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat soup and milk over medium heat. Peel and slice potatoes. Place half of the potatoes in a casserole bowl. Add half of the cheese soup mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add rest of potatoes and rest of cheese soup mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for one hour (covered), then 15 more minutes uncovered.
