1 lb. ground round, chuck or beef
taco seasoning
shredded or chopped lettuce
grated cheese, of your choice
sliced black olives
diced tomatoes (fresh or canned, I sometimes use Rotel or other Mexican style diced tomatoes)
kidney beans
whole kernel corn
tortilla chips
dressing, recipe follows

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl layer lettuce, meat, cheese, olives, tomatoes, beans and corn. Top with dressing. You can put the chips on the bottom, top or just eat them with the salad.

Mix sour cream and salsa of your choice. I do half sour cream and half salsa. "So Muy Bueno"
