8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 10 oz. chopped spinach (thawed, drained and squeezed)
1 14 oz. can quartered marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1 5 oz. garlic and herb cheese spread
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and bake at 400 for 20+ minutes until lightly brown and bubbly.

Serve with baguette slices, pita chips or crackers.

You can reduce the fat and prep time by buying the Hormel 50% less fat real bacon bits found on the salad dressing aisle. I also use the reduced fat garlic and herb cheese spread (generally found in the specialty cheese section at the grocery store), fat free sour cream and low fat mayonnaise.

This dip is so amazing! I got the recipe from my friend Carrie after she brought it to a party at my house.
