4 cups pecans
2 egg whites
1 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Add all ingredients except butter. Coat pecans real good and pour into buttered sheet pan. Bake 25 to 40 minutes on 300 stirring every 10 minutes. You want them to be crunchy.
