8 small fillets of sole
12 scallops
12 medium shrimp
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. prepared hollandaise sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a buttered baking dish, layer sole, shrimp, scallops, and cheese. Cover with hollandaise. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes, or until fish flakes. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
