Crust:
2/3 c. crushed peanuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

Peanut layer:
1/3 - 1/2 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectionary sugar
2 c. cool whip

Chocolate layer:
2 small instant chocolate pudding boxes
3 c. cold milk

Top layer:
Cool whip
Crushed peanuts
Crumbled Hershey bar

Directions:
For the crust:
Mix together crushed peanuts, butter and flour until dough forms and spread in ungreased 13x9 glass pan. Bake in 350 oven for 15 - 20 minutes (crust will not get brown)

Peanut layer:
Mix peanut butter, cream cheese, and confectionary sugar together. Fold in cool whip.

Chocolate layer:
Mix pudding and milk and place in fridge until pudding sets.

Top with cool whip and sprinkle peanuts and hershey bar.
