2 lb summer squash sliced 1/4 cup onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded carrots 1 package of herb stuffing 1/2 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
cook squash and onions for 5 minutes drain, combine soup and sour cream in a bowl,stir in carrots to soup and sour cream,fold in drained squash and onions to soup mixture. melt butter, combine stuffing and butter together, spread half of the stuffing mix on bottom of a 12x7x12 pan. spoon squash mixture on top of stuffing,sprinkle remaining stuffing over top. bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy
