Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breast (small package)
1 lg onion
1 bell pepper
1 clove garlic(if desired)
1/2 quart heavy whipping cream
Parmesan cheese
basil
tonys seasoning
pepper
salt
garlic powder
2 cups of pasta(preferably Penne)

Directions:
Directions:
Get your pasta cooking Cut your chicken into cubes. Add some butter or oil in a pan. about 2 tablespoons. Add your chicken to pan and cook until it turns white. This will take about 5 minutes. Add sliced onion, garlic and bell pepper and finish cooking. I usually will add some tonys on top of chicken while cooking. When there is no red in chicken after about 10 minutes of cooking then add heavy whipping cream. Add seasonings to taste. When pasta gets done after about 15 minutes drain and wash off with hot water. Then immediately sprinkle heavily with Parmesan cheese on the noodles. Pour your chicken over the pasta and stir. You add more Parmesan cheese if you need to thicken it. Remember pasta swells. Usually I will add some of the pasta and then the chicken. You don't want to add to much pasta that makes it to dry. I always make more chicken and add a quart of heavy cream to make more.If you do then add more pasta
