6 medium potatoes, grated
1 small onion grated
2 eggs
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Canola Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop by tabelspoonfuls into hot well-greased heavy skillet. Fry over medium heat until brown on all sides. You can make a little in advance and put in 250 oven on a paper towel in pan and keep warm without cooking.
