1 1/2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. butter (keep separate)
1 lg. pkg. (4.3 ounce) lemon pudding / pie mix (not instant)
1/2 c. milk
3 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x9 inch square pan with foil
Grease the foil with 1 1/2 tsp. butter - set pan aside
In a large heavy saucepan, combine pudding mix, milk & 1/2 c. butter
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened
Remove from heat
Beat in the powdered sugar and lemon extract
Pour into pan and refrigerate until set
Using the foil, lift fudge out of pan discard the foil
Cut into 1 in. squares
Store in refrigerator
