1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour (rounded) 2 eggs 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. margarine (melted) 1 c. coconut 1 tsp. vanilla 1 unbaked pie crust
Beat eggs and melted butter in medium mixing bowl. Add sugar and flour; mix well. Add milk and vanilla; mix. Add coconut and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
