4-C. (16 oz.) Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4-pickeled jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
2-green onions, chopped
2-tbs. minced fresh cilantro
1-tsp. ground cumin
2-tbs. butter or margarine, softened
8-(7-in.) flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir well. Set aside. Spread butter evenly on one side of each tortilla. Spoon cheese mixture evenly over unbuttered side of 4 tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas, buttered side up
Cook quesadellas 1 at a time in large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. To serve cut tortillas in half
