1 box lasagne noodles (need 9 noodles)
24 oz. Ragu traditional sauce
2 1/2 lb. hamburger
12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. carton cottage cheese (optional)
1 sm. jar mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to boil and add noodles. Cook 10 minutes. While noodles are cooking, brown hamburger. Drain and add Ragu sauce; mix well. Drain noodles and cover with cold water. Divide hamburger mixture in four parts and place 1/4 of mixture in greased 9x13 caserole dish, spread evenly over bottom. Place 3 noodles across the bottom of the dish; spread 1/4 hamburger mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Continue forming two more layers ending with cheese on top. (Optional: If desired, you may add cottage cheese and mushrooms to each layer.) Cook in 375 oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
