2 tbsp. margarine
3 med. Granny Smith apples (peeled, chopped)
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in large skillet on medium heat; add apples and cook, stirring frequently, until tender (about 5-6 minutes). Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cooked apples. Stir gently.
