1/2 c vegetable oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cider or red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
pinch white pepper
8 c. torn romaine
4 c. Bibb or Butter lettuce
2 1/2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first seven ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well. Just before serving, toss the sald greens, strawberries, cheese and nuts in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss.
