Old fashioned regular smoked ham
Crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Have the meat market cut an old-fashioned regular smoked ham with bone in it into 2 roasts. Cut off excess fat. Place ham roasts into roasting pan with crushed pineapple or some pineapple juice. Bake the ham roast(s) in a slow crock pot all day or at 275 to 300 F oven for 2-3 hours. Take a couple of forks and shred the ham. Keep warm or reheat in some of the juices.

Seasoned butter: Add some mustard, dried minced onion and poppy seed to real butter.

Spread on buns and add the warm shredded ham.
