2 c. cubed cooked chicken breast
1 c. cooked small ring pasta
1 c. halved seedless red grapes
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3 celery ribs, chopped
1/2 c sliced almonds
1 T grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. light whipped topping (cool whip)
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the chicken, pasta, grapes, oranges, celery, almonds and onion. In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cool whip, and salt. Add to the chicken mixture; stir to coat. Serve on crescent rolls or lettuce leaves.

You can use light mayo and light cool whip to lower calories.
