1-1/2 sticks margarine
1-1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 9-oz. tub of whipped topping (Cool Whip)
2 c. milk
2 small instant lemon pudding mixes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 3 ingredients like pie crust and press in 9"x13" baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes and cool completely.

Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust.

Beat together milk and pudding. Pour over second layer.

Cover with remainder of whipped topping and chill.
