1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable Soup Mix
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove liquid.

Directions:

Mix together and serve in a hollowed rye or Vienna loaf of bread.
