Manicotti shells
8 oz. ricotta
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs
parsley flakes
salt and pepper
spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together except spaghetti sauce and stuff into cooked shells. Put some sauce in the bottom of 9x13 pan. Place manicotti in pan and pour rest of sauce on top. Top with a little mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
