4 c apples sliced
1 stick butter
1 c flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 - 1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325; in an 11 x 7 greased baking pan, arrange apples slices. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and 1/4 - 1/2 c sugar. In medium mixing bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar and egg. Melt stick of butter. Pour 1/2 of butter over apples and the mix remaining 1/2 into flour and sugar mixture, trying to keep dough crumbly in texture. Cover apples with mix, keeping it spread evenly. Bake for 45 minutes or until light brown and apples are done.
