3 c. long grain rice
1 (10 oz.) frozen lima beans
Dried dill
Salt/pepper
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse rice thoroughly. Soak for a couple of hours in salted water. Boil water and add the drained rice - cook until it is "al dente." In the meantime, cook the lima beans separately. Drain rice. At the bottom of the large pot, add some olive oil and water to cover the bottom. In layers, add the rice, sprinkle some dill and add the lima beans; repeat this until you have used all ingredients. Poke holes throughout so that the steam rises through the rice. Cover the pot and cook on low until the rice is done.
