2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 t. soda
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
4 T. cocoa
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk


Icing:
1/2 c. butter
4 T. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
4 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Serves: 12-15

Spray a jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1) with Pam. Combine flour, sugar, soda and cinnamon in large bowl. In medium saucepan combine butter, oil, water and cocoa. Bring to a boil and pour over flour/sugar mixture. Mix well. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Pour into pan and bake at 400 for 15 min. or until inserted toothpick comes clean.
Icing: Boil butter, cocoa and milk, then add vanilla and confectioners sugar. Blend, then pour over warm cake.
