1 lb. small new potatoes, quartered
2T. olive oil
3/4 tsp. onion salt
Pressed garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Place potatoes in a greased baking pan. Combine oil and seasonings. Drizzle this over the potatoes; coat well. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Stir and then bake uncovered for 10-20 minutes or until tender.
