1/2 # gr beef
1 clove garlic minced
3 med carrots, sliced
1 c celery, diced
1 sm head cabbage, shredded
2 ts salt
1/4 ts pepper
1 ts beef bouillon or 1 cube
1/4 c rice, uncooked
2 1/2 c tomatoes, fresh or canned
3 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef and garlic, stirring until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 45 min or until done. Serves 4 to 6.
