1 - 29 oz. can sliced peaches, drained (reserve half of the juice)
5 slices white bread, crust removed
1-1/2 C. sugar (can use a little less)
2 T. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place peaches in baking dish, 9x9 or a little larger. Cut crust from the bread and cut each slice into five strips. Place strips over the peaches. Mix sugar, flour, egg, margarine and about 1/2 of the peach juice. Blend well and pour over the bread strips. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
