2 - 10 oz. pkgs frozen chopped broccoli
3 C. instant rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-1/4 C. water
1 - 16 oz. pkg processed American Cheese, cubed (like Velveeta)
1 T. butter
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium saucepan over low heat, mix the soups and the water. Gradually stir in cheese until melted being careful not to burn the cheese. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and saute celery and onion until soft. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into 9x13 baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, until bubbly and slightly brown.
