1 box brownie mix
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 can condensed milk

Step #1 Icing:
3 cups confectioners sugar
6 T. butter
2 T. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Step #2 Icing:
2 T. butter
2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate

Prepare brownie mix according to box directions, pour batter into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Do not bake. Mix chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs and condensed milk and spoon evenly over uncooked brownie mix. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Let cool.

Mix ingredients from step #1 icing and spread over cooled brownie mixture. Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter from step #2 icing and drizzle over the frosted mixture above. Refrigerate.
